＊This machine is designed for Anode and Cathode tab automatic welding for cylindrical type lithium-ion battery.
＊The machine adopts PLC and touch panel system for easy operation and maintenance.
＊ The tab will be wrapped with tape and welded on electrode sheet by ultrasonic welder.
After welding, it will be collected for next process of winding.
＊ The electrode sheet adopts auto tension control system. During rewind, there are EPC systems at feeding and receiving reels for smooth collection.
＊ Capable of electrode width 65-115 mm.
＊Productivity: 3 second/cycle (electrode length 1300 mm)
